Which way do glasses go in case?

It is always wise to fold your glasses and keep it in the case in such a way that the frame arms rest down and the glasses lens is facing up. Storing eyewear in case will prevent the glasses from any sort of damage.

What material are eyeglasses case made up of?

The hard case and sunglass case exterior is made up of canvas material while the interiors are of soft velvet that keeps your eyewear safe. We also offer classy PU leather cases which has soft velvet interiors too. Each case is accompanied by microfiber cleaning cloth.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation mail on your registered email ID. In case, you don’t receive the mail, you can contact us at shop@thepout.co.

When will my order get delivered?

Usually the order gets delivered within 5 to 12 days. However the delivery time may vary depending upon your delivery location.

What if I received a damaged product?

In case, you received damaged product, instantly initiate return request or mail us at shop@thepout.co to get the issue resolved. We assure with best support.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering my glasses?

Yes, your shipping address can be changed but only before the order is dispatched. You can change the address within 2 days from the time order placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order until it is not shipped. Once the order gets shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at shop@thepout.co, in case of any query.
